Who are we? The Psych Recovery Videos

Beyond being an outpatient mental health clinic, Psych Recovery has many specialized programs to meet our community needs. Our Solveig IOP group therapy is based in ACT and CBT therapies and is transformational for those suffering with moderate to severe depression and anxiety symptoms. PR's outpatient DBT program, which is structured under Marsha Linehan's adherence to dialectical behavior therapy, offers expert skills training in a group setting to adults. Psych Recovery also has an effective schizophrenia group ran by Dr. Lisa Cowley, Ph.D. Additionally, Dr. Craig Vine offers the cutting edge, safe and effective alternative treatment for depression, called TMS Therapy.

The Psych Recovery Clinic is conveniently located on the border of Minneapolis and St. Paul, off of Highway 280 and University Avenue, in the Court International Building.
