Gladys Ndip, PHN, CNP
Gladys Ndip is a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner serving adult, children,
and adolescent patients experiencing mental health symptoms impacting their daily
functioning. Gladys believes in a patient centered and holistic approach to psychiatric
care. She utilizes evidence-based pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment
modalities in the care of her patients. Her areas of interest include Mood disorders,
ADHD Anxiety disorders, and Psychosis.
Gladys completed her Post Master Certificate in Psychiatric Mental health from Liberty
University in Virginia. And her Master’s degree from Walden University. She has over
eight years of mental health experience working in different mental settings in Minnesota.
Outside of clinical practice, Gladys enjoys spending time with her husband and four children.
She also enjoys reading and traveling around the country.
