Anna Dralle, MSW, LICSW
Anna Dralle is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She received her
Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from the University of Wisconsin-La
Crosse and her Master of Social Work from Augsburg University. Anna has worked in
a variety of roles in the adult mental health field for over 15 years. She offers
individual therapy to people over the age of 18 to address both long- and short-term
goals.
She uses a variety of lenses including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical
Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, and Narrative Therapy. She is certified
in Accelerated Resolution Therapy to help address trauma and other concerns.
She uses motivational interviewing and harm reduction to support people in many
ways including recovery from substance use. She centers each person’s cultural
experience and is able to look at complex issues from a variety of angles.
Anna has a knack for building relationships and believes the first step in therapy
is developing trust. She values partnering with people to navigate systems and
build stability in their life. She believes in helping people create a safe
space to explore their personal world, tap into strengths, and find room for healing.
