Cindy Nelson, MSW, LICSW, CCTP
Cindy is dedicated to helping people on their unique journeys toward healing and
personal growth. In her role as therapist, she knows that trust is sacred. She has
a deep respect for the journeys people are on, whether that is a journey across
borders, facing a challenge, or simply coming to know oneself better. Her goal in
therapy is to let compassion guide her. Her practice is deeply rooted in respect,
compassion, and a trust in your own process. She is here to create a safe and
non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions, thoughts, and experiences
freely, knowing that you will be met with empathy and understanding. Cindy uses a
trauma-informed and relational approach in working with clients. She acknowledges
the courage needed to reach out for help. Finding a good match in a therapist can
